Mr. Aoyama (head designer of Factory900) now has an eponymous collection of exquisitely crafted titanium eyewear, and I’m delighted to introduce his work to Chicago. The lens shape is perfectly round, with a small section of the rim replaced by a nylon cord. This “incompleteness” is a very cool characteristic of Mr. Aoyama’s new collection. This is the only frame we have in this unusual colorway, it resembles a distressed, oxidized bronze.
